Oracle Genealogy provides a range of genealogy services for those looking to start or complete their family history.
Our Services

How we can help you complete your family history records.

Oracle Genealogy provide the following services to help you discover more about your family origins and can assist you overcoming any "brick walls" you may have encountered in your own research. We also provide gift vouchers which can be redeemed against any of our genealogy research services.

Payments

Once we have completed our initial consultation and a service has been agreed, payments can be made by requesting an invoice which will then be sent to the clients email address. All payments are paid through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay the invoice, you can use any form of credit or debit card.

This is a bespoke research package containing the story of your family history that can be treasured a memento or it can even be a unique gift for a family member.

Once you (the client) have decided on the desired research package there will be an initial consultation. This is so that there is an understanding of which ancestral line or lines you would like researched and of course to exchange the details required in order to get started. If there are any particular aspects of your family that you would prefer not to be research it is important this is stated before any research begins.

All research packages require a 25% deposit which allows us to begin work on your project. The full balance is then due on completion.

Record searches

Let Oracle Genealogy help you with the search for a particular record that you may have had difficulty finding or accessing in your own searches.

For record lookups and brick walls there will be 2 hours of research allocated at the cost of £20 per hour. Additional research hours can be requested and will be charged at the same rate.

As with those requesting research packages there will be a consultation to begin with in order to assess the case before any agreement can be reached.

Family tree review

Let us conduct a professional review of a family tree that you have researched yourself. This gives reassurance that the tree is correct and has been validated by an expert.

Three hours will be allocated for those requesting a review of their family tree, at the cost of £20 per hour. Additional research hours can be requested and will be charged at the same rate. As with those requesting research packages there will be a consultation to begin within order to assess the case before any agreement can be reached.
